A poem in Vietnamese by Sấu Mã Translator: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm Photography: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm
That fresh plate of fruit in your room
Swallowing my saliva
Peeved you didn’t invite me
To see the exhibition
Those paintings, paintings and the crowd
A torrent of chit chat like the tides.
Đĩa trái tươi phòng anh
Tôi nuốt nước bọt
Hậm hực vì chẳng thấy mời
Xem triển lãm
Nó bằng nhựa
Những tranh, tranh và đám đông
Tiếng chem chép như thủy triều.
