one lonely hand

A poem in Vietnamese by Lê Vĩnh Tài
Translator: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm
Art: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm

a lonely hand

reached out

& pulled me back

into my shadow

one hand, you’re the only one

I could…

thank you

now the blood I bleed is black

_____

một bàn tay cô độc

vươn ra

kéo tôi trở lại

bóng tối của mình

bàn tay, bạn là người duy nhất

tôi có thể…

cám ơn bạn

tôi

bây giờ chảy máu màu đen
