The origin

A poem in Vietnamese by Sấu Mã

That fresh plate of fruit in your room

Swallowing my saliva

Peeved you didn’t invite me

To see the exhibition

Ah

It’s plastic

Those paintings, paintings and the crowd

Pointing

A torrent of chit chat like the tides.

Đĩa trái tươi phòng anh

Tôi nuốt nước bọt

Hậm hực vì chẳng thấy mời

Xem triển lãm

À

Nó bằng nhựa

Những tranh, tranh và đám đông

Chỉ trỏ

Tiếng chem chép như thủy triều.
