A poem in Vietnamese by Lê Vĩnh Tài
Translator: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm

today was a good day
I went out
I laughed
held the hand of someone I adore

there’s a chance it will happen again
but today I want to hold on to this feeling
soak up this moment

a little bit longer
tomorrow hopefully
I will still
like it

Haha with you I can’t rest.

“I have been re- translating the old stuff to make them make more sense to me 🙂”

Wow, I didn’t realize your goal to re-translate your old stuff, which is a great idea because some of your older material may benefit from revisiting, so I wish you well in your mission 💯😆🙌💙.

I managed to catch this one today because it was right at the top of your feed when I visited so naturally I thought it was posted today until I clicked on it LOL 🤭😂😂.

Cheers to you and have a lovely day 🥂🫡🥰
