I was defeated by the moon | Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm

I was defeated by the moon
A super moon
Holding my breath since noon
Dragging my gears like a goon

Clouds from the sea came
Pollution oozing
The unheard prayers
A frozen moon .

  1. At least the moon could not stop you from writing and publishing a poem about it. In these ways, you win, and every time someone likes and writes a positive response to your work is another win for you! 😀
