Bùi Giáng (1926-1998) was born in Thanh Châu, Duy Xuyên, the province of Quảng Nam, Vietnam. He passed away at Chợ Rẫy Hospital in Saigon, Vietnam. Self-taught at a late age in life.     A beautiful encounter with the poetry of Bùi Giáng. There is something wonderfully elusive in his work, where images and emotions seem to drift into one another rather than settle into a single meaning. A poetic and intriguing read.
