A poem by Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm
Translator: Lê Vĩnh Tài
Quiet in the corner of eyes
Where the spring of salt pools hides
Melancholia dwell silently
Bursting in uneventful sighs
Quiet in the corner of ears
Where tinnitus sounds absent cheers
Paranoia burning whispers
Continuing relentless fears
Quiet in the corner of mouths
Where bare canines clench in bouts
Unsaid words of disappointments
Violent spasms of erring shouts

IM LẶNG
im lặng nơi khóe mắt
nơi nước mắt rất mặn
im lặng nơi u sầu
nàng thở dài như khóc
im lặng nơi dái tai
ù tai không nghe thấy
im lặng ngay khóe miệng
nơi răng nanh của nàng
