DINING ROOM STILL LIFE AFTER SOME SHUFFLING

.

The vase didn’t fall

The glass didn’t break

.

The apple didn’t roll-off

Still drew a soft brown-red hue

.

Not a crack on the bowl

Lucent

.

The teapot’s spout unchipped and the set of six whole

Gravitating on the tray

.

The ambient pure

Shadows of vague green foliage awash the white wall

.

“Art or Politic”

Draw whatever.

TĨNH VẬT PHÒNG ĂN SAU XÔ XÁT

.

Bình hoa không đổ

Kính không vỡ

.

Quả táo chẳng lăn đi đâu

Vẫn hắt một vầng đỏ nâu dịu dàng

.

Vành bát không chút mẻ

Sáng bóng

.

Ấm không sứt vòi chén nguyên sáu chiếc

Xúm xít trong khay

.

Không khí trong vắt

Tường trắng bóng lá xanh mờ

.

Art or Politics

Vẽ gì chả được.
