us for instance
for instance
we forgetting our toothbrush somewhere
waking up the next day
we could then imagine
& re-enact the day before
for instance
we forgetting a small piece of happiness there
to embracing an ocean of sadness
for instance
we could see though tis but a glance knew not of how to cherish
how then shall we attain love
for instance
we forgetting a day
though that particular day
we were filled with sadness
but we must remember
the times we smiled at the person we loved most

ta bỏ quên chiếc bàn chải đánh răng nơi nào đó
ngày mai thức dậy
ta hình dung
& nhớ lại ngày trước đó
thí dụ
ta bỏ quên niềm vui nho nhỏ
rồi ta ôm lấy nỗi buồn mênh mông như biển
thí dụ
ta thấy mà ta không biết giữ dù một ánh mắt
thì làm sao ta có một tình yêu
thí dụ
ta bỏ quên một ngày
dù ngày đó
ta có nhiều nỗi buồn
nhưng ta phải nhớ
có một lần mỉm cười với người ta yêu dấu
