as clear as a cloudless day
a cliché
I know you love me
each word is the tip of your index finger
it touches my heart
massaging a shrivelled
desiccated
arid
heart
my heart now oozes
a bloody mess
the verses of poetry
but
I love my husband
more than my children.
you must learn to let me go
you must learn the grace
to say
goodbye..
